The bank's certificate and your dashboard read the same rows, so they cannot disagree.

  1. A PMS statement lands in a connected mailbox. Aurnex parses it into structured transactions on its own — nobody re-keys a PDF into a spreadsheet.

  2. Two sources describe the same trade. Rather than quietly picking one and moving on, both are put in front of your analyst to resolve.

  3. Once posted, the position flows straight into allocation and look-through. The same company held three ways nets into one group exposure.

  4. Month-end reporting runs from the same ledger as everything else, so what the bank receives can never contradict what you see on screen.

Inside Aurnex

What it actually looks like.

Real screens, real workflow. No portfolio figures appear anywhere on this site — you'll see those on your own data.

Import centre

Statements arrive, and get questioned

Every broker, PMS, AIF and bank file is parsed into structured records and checked against what is already in the ledger. Clean batches post themselves; anything ambiguous stops and waits for a person, rather than overwriting a record nobody was watching.

Aurnex Import Centre showing a queue of statement batches with statuses: posted, duplicates, parsing, unmatched.

Look-through

Open the fund and see what is inside

Expand any AIF, PMS or mutual fund to its underlying positions, and Aurnex flags where the same company is already held elsewhere in the group. Concentration is measured on what you actually own, not on how it happens to be packaged.

Aurnex Look-Through screen with an AIF expanded to its underlying holdings, flagging companies also held directly and inside a PMS mandate.

Decision journal

Every recommendation, and what came of it

Who advised what, what the family decided, and whether it was reviewed. Over a few years this becomes the record that makes an advisor conversation evidence-based rather than anecdotal.

Aurnex Decision Journal listing advisor recommendations with their outcomes: accepted, needs decision, declined.

Data freshness

Know how much to trust the number

Every source carries its own state, and anything stale is declared on the face of the documents that depend on it, never quietly averaged into a total.

The platform

What Aurnex is

One ledger holding every holding, transaction, fee, valuation, property, liability and advisor decision across the whole structure. Everything downstream is derived, not re-keyed — allocation, exposure, performance, liquidity, capital gains and the net worth certificate all read the same rows.

Not one monolithic dashboard: each person gets a workspace scoped to their role, and every row is scoped by tenant, entity and role with a full audit trail.

Who it's for

Offices with more than one entity to answer for.

Single family offices

One family, many entities

A trust, an HUF, a company and several individuals — one book, viewable one entity at a time when the auditor asks.

Multi-family offices

Families, strictly separated

Each family is its own isolated tenant. Your team moves between them; the families never see each other's book.

Promoter families

Business and personal wealth

Operating stakes, pledged shares, property and the personal portfolio in one structure — so net worth includes the business.

Advisors & CAs

A scoped seat, not a data dump

Your CA gets the tax workspace, your auditor the document pack — each scoped, logged, and revocable.

Why Aurnex

Why families leave the spreadsheets behind.

One truth

A number you can defend

Certificate, monthly review and dashboard all render from one calculation, so they cannot drift apart.

Jurisdiction

Built for Indian family offices

Gains classified at entry. Exemptions, corporate actions, auditor documents, CA pack and Tally hand-off included.

Ingestion

The statements come to you

Broker, PMS, AIF, bank and property files imported or pulled from a mailbox, matched to NSE and BSE symbols.

Accountability

Advisors become measurable

Every recommendation logged with its outcome, and scorecards that turn years of advice into something reviewable.

Reporting

Reporting that runs itself

Scheduled certificates, a monthly review you publish, role-based digests, and OTP-gated links for outsiders.

Control

Permission-scoped to the row

Tenant isolation at the query layer, with entity and role scoping on top. Cross-tenant access isn't a code path.

Unique features

Things a generic portfolio tracker will not do.

Look-through

See inside the funds

Concentration measured on what you actually own, not how it's packaged.

Risk cockpit

Scenarios before decisions

Concentration, drawdown, what-if and exit analysis — run before the meeting.

Liquidity

Forecast with commitments

Drawdowns, capital calls, FD maturities and rent on one forward curve.

Decision journal

A memory the office keeps

Rationale, dissent and outcome against every decision, years later.

Real assets

Operations, not line items

Rent rolls, lease events, land surveillance, warehouse and windmill output.

Principal inbox

Only what needs you

Approvals, decisions and exceptions, separate from the day-to-day.

Certificates

Net worth on demand

Referenced and dated for banks, generated straight from the ledger.

Tax workspace

Inbox to CA pack

Tax items flow from inbox through planning into a packaged set of workings.

Data quality

Freshness you can see

Stale valuations called out on every document that depends on them.

Customisation

It bends to your structure, not the other way round.

  • Your structure. Entities, sub-entities, wrappers and the beneficiary map, exactly as the group is held.
  • Your asset taxonomy. Asset classes, instrument types and custom wrappers — including instruments no feed covers.
  • Your people. Roles, permissions and workspaces per person, with advisors scoped to a slice.
  • Your rates and thresholds. Tax rates, staleness windows, alert triggers and recipients are settings, not code.
  • Your documents. Report templates, certificate branding, and the cadence of every scheduled send.
  • Your imports. Per-broker templates and parsing rules for the statement formats you actually receive.
  • Your integrations. REST API, document store and accounting hand-off.

Getting started

How a family office comes on board.

First

Your structure is mapped

Entities, wrappers, ownership and beneficiaries modelled before a single holding is loaded.

Then

History is loaded and reconciled

Statements and spreadsheets imported, mismatches surfaced, opening position agreed against your own records.

Finally

Your people get their workspaces

Roles, scheduled reports and scoped advisor access configured — spreadsheets kept as a parallel check until you're satisfied.

Security

Private by construction.

Isolation

Separated per family

Every table scoped by tenant at the query layer. No cross-tenant read path exists.

Permissions

Scoped to the person

Tenant, entity and role together — an advisor or auditor sees a defined slice, nothing beyond.

Audit

Traceable by default

Changes recorded with actor and timestamp, so any figure traces back to who changed it.

Documents

Encrypted at rest

Statements, contracts and reports in a dedicated object store — never a shared drive or mail thread.

Sharing

Links that expire

Anything sent outside goes as an OTP-gated link with an expiry, not a permanent attachment.

Ownership

Your data stays yours

Never sold, pooled, or used to train anything. Export the full ledger whenever you want it.

Questions

What families ask before they move.

What does Aurnex replace?

The master spreadsheet, the folder of PDF statements, and the week of assembly before every review meeting. Your brokers and CA stay where they are.

How does our data get in?

Through the Import Centre in batches, or a connected mailbox that pulls statements as they arrive. Historical backfill is part of onboarding.

What about assets no feed covers?

Unlisted shares, private deals, land, rental property, loans given and guarantees are first-class records with their own valuation history.

Can our advisors and CA use it?

Yes, on scoped seats. The advisor portal lets them contribute without seeing the rest of the book.

Who owns the data?

You do. Stored for your family office alone, never pooled or used to train models, exportable at any time.

How is it priced?

An annual subscription per family office, scoped to entities and users rather than a percentage of assets. Quoted after the walkthrough.
